This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Jumpstart Advisors LLC (“Mom Dunk,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information. This Policy applies to our website at www.momdunk.com and our other related websites (our “Sites”), our mobile apps (our “Apps”), and your use of the services in connection with the Sites and Apps (collectively, the “Service”).

We collect personal information in connection with your visits to and use of the Service. This collection includes information you provide in connection with the Service, information from third parties, and information collected automatically, such as through the use of cookies and other technologies.
A. Information you provide We collect and use personal information you provide in the following ways:
Registration and use of the Service.
If you register for an account with our Service, we may collect your name and email address. We may also collect this information if you submit information through the Sites or Apps or otherwise communicate with us. We use this information to administer your account, provide you the Service, communicate with you regarding your account and your use of the Service, and for customer support purposes. We also collect your personal information in your emails for purposes of providing our Service. Our third-party service providers, like Gmail, Zapier, Air Table, and OpenAI, access and provide your personal information to us so that we may provide you the Service.
Payment information.
If you pay for the Service, we may collect payment information, including credit or debit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address. Please note we collect and process all financial information, such as credit card numbers, through third-party payment processing providers, like Stripe. As a result, we do not retain any personally identifiable financial information in connection with your payments, such as credit card numbers. All such information is provided directly by you to our third-party payment processors. Their use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy.
Inquiries and support.
If you communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, or any other personal information you choose to provide to us. We use this information to respond to your inquiries, and to communicate with you, to provide support related to the Service and enhance or optimize the Service. We may (but are not required to) monitor, record, and store your interactions with us to protect your safety or the safety of other users, to assist with regulatory or law enforcement efforts, or to protect and defend our rights and property.
B. Information from third parties
We may receive personal information about you from third parties and combine this information with other information we have.
Third-party integrations.
To login or use the Service, you may be required to connect certain third-party integrations with your account, which may ask for certain permissions to access data or send information to the Service. For example, you may be required to login using Google. These services identity and provide you the option to share certain data or features to the service with us, such as access to your Google Calendar. By using the Service, you will have the ability (or we will automatically suggest as part of the Service) to create or change your integrated calendars, assign tasks, and update individual calendar events. As such, the data shared with us will depend on your setting and the information you have included in your calendars, which may include personal information such as your name, email, access tokens, and other information related to your account with the third party service such as email addresses included in your calendars events, or any information or included in your calendar notes or documents that have been attached (“User Content”). Note we are not responsible for the practices of third-party integrations, so please carefully review the permissions you grant to third-party applications.
Data protection.
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data, including data from third-party integrations such as with Google. All of our services are hosted with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AirTable. Such service employs a tested security program with applicable security certifications.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for purposes described in this Policy or as otherwise disclosed to you on our Service or in connection with our Service. For example, we use your information to: set up your account and deliver the Service to you; send you transactional information, including confirmations, technical notices, product information, updates, alerts, support and administrative messages;communicate with you such as to respond to your comments and questions, provide customer service or feedback, or for any other purposes in connection with the Service;for marketing purposes, including, for example, to send you emails or push notifications with news about products and services offered by us;operate, maintain, test, enhance, update, monitor, diagnose, and fix the Service as well as perform overall service quality improvements, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues;training and developing machine learning algorithms;prevent, investigate, or provide notice of fraud or unlawful or criminal activity, and unauthorized access; enforce and carry out contracts and agreements with our contracted parties; investigate and resolve disputes and security issues and to enforce our Terms of Service;comply with legal obligations; andfor any other lawful, legitimate business purpose. Service Providers.
We may share personal information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, as needed to carry out their work for us; and
Payment processors.
You provide your information directly to our payment processors through our Service. The processors are lawfully permitted to process your information for their own business purposes and legal requirements. We currently use Stripe for payment processing. Legal requirements, safety and terms enforcement.
We may disclose personal information to third parties as required by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service or to protect the security or integrity of our Service; and/or (c) to exercise or protect our or other individual’s or entity’s rights, property, or personal safety. We may also disclose personal information to government authorities as required by law; and
Consent.
We may disclose personal information with any other entity disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or with your consent. We may also share information with others in de-identified, aggregated or otherwise anonymized form that does not reasonably identify you directly as an individual.
4. Modifying or deleting your information.
If you have questions about reviewing, changing, or deleting your information, you can contact us directly at support@mondunk.com. We may not be able to modify or delete your information in all circumstances.
5. Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 on this Service. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. 6. Policy changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make changes to this Policy, we will update the date of the Policy.
